Great Rock Renovations provides construction and renovation services including but not limited to:

• Fence installation
• Kitchen remodeling
• Bathroom renovation
• Roofing services
• Patio construction
• General contracting

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope changes
• Additional work outside the original scope will require written approval and may incur additional charges
• Payment terms will be specified in the project contract

4. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

5. Project Terms

Scheduling

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permits, and material availability
• We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known
• Customer-caused delays may result in additional charges

Warranties

• We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship
• Material warranties are as provided by the manufacturer
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse

Change Orders

• All changes to the original scope must be documented in writing
• Changes may affect project timeline and cost
• Verbal agreements are not binding

6. Payment Terms

• Deposit requirements will be specified in the contract
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage
• Customer is responsible for costs of materials already ordered
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract

8. Liability and Insurance

Great Rock Renovations maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are licensed and bonded in accordance with Texas state requirements.

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
• Customer must disclose known issues or hazards
• We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Great Rock Renovations and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Rock Renovations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Rock Renovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
